I’ve been a pescetarian (vegetarian who eats fish/seafood) for 3 years now, and with the exception of a few drunken strolls past Jim’s Steakout at 5 a.m., I’ve never really missed meat. More recently I’ve started to cut more out of my diet - specifically cheese and chocolate - in an effort to eliminate more saturated fat from my diet. It’s been two weeks and I feel better than ever. Complete strangers approached me at an event this weekend to tell me how great I looked. That feeling wins over Hershey’s every time.
